Combined Application of Simulated Reuse and Quantitative Carrier Tests to Assess High-Level Disinfection: Experiments with an Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide®-Based Formulation

This study evaluated the efficacy of an AHP<sup>®</sup>-based high-level disinfectant against important healthcare-associated bacteria, and investigated whether efficacy would be reduced after 14 days of reuse. The results indicate that the AHP<sup>®</sup> disinfectant is effective against these bacteria, with no loss in efficacy at the end of the 14-day window.
